Can I create a start menu in Obj. Dock???

I know you can with Desktop X, cos I have myself, but I don´t know about Object Dock. They are both Stardock programs, I think. Object properties, and just select start menu as object type. I´m sorry if I´m wrong, I may have my wires crossed.
