I really need some skinning programs. I also dont know how to change the buttons while skinning because i am relitivly new to this so all help will be appreaciated. I need something to change the buttons and a good skinner, i have not a clue of what im talking about but i hope someone gets the idea

Which Progrem Do You Want To Make A Skin For??? You Have Manny Progz For Skinning But It´s Better If You Try For Your Own! Greetz ||pSyCh0|

The first you should get some drawing program. I think the best choice is Gimp or Photopaint. If you want to make skins for window blinds there should be builderblinds.
