You need two programs from Stardock, which are both FREE, to use the mentioned skins. You can download Bootskin and Logonstudio from these links: http://www.stardock.com/products/bootskin/ http://www.stardock.com/products/logonstudio/ BTW, you´ve got mail! ;)

i downloaded both programs.. i am trying to install this :http://www.skinbase.org/rate.php?id=18958 so what to do with each program? i just got a new pc last night so i want to upgrade for cool designe......

Just double-click the downloaded file XD-Z.logonxp, then LogonStudio should start and you can use it to manage your Logons. (If this doesn´t work, try to start LogonStudio located in your Start Menu in the Stardock folder after install. Sometimes programs need to be started once so that file-extensions are registered.
