Sysmetrix - Is it possible to have it on top of windows and not allow windows to go underneath?

well, i think there´s an option in sysmetrix for that, something like save space for sysmetrix...dont remember for sure, but it is possible, as i did this before. just look in options.

Sysmetric configuration -> Positioning -> Visibility and Effects -> Window Position -> On Top. When set up like this, it even stays on top of my screensaver and a few other fullscreen apps.
