OP
Stardock has instructions on how to rename zip which is not always normal format anyway, use their object zip program which might also exist free some times. After normal download of these sometimes special zips to be unpacked easily with free or registered SD central from stardock, u might just normally unzip instead, but rename wba or to wba following WinCustomize instructions before installing and then applying that file. Some wbas are premium and then show message, sorry, need subscrip for download or uis file missing. Even when using SD central, which also works for non stardock sites, you need 2 or 3 tries sometimes. Depending on settings cache remembers where you were and keeps supplementing rest of download similar to a leecher download tool. Stardocks support is like, oh, well... But forum posts there are responded to rather well. Even if your problem was not caused by Stardock sites.

Tell us whether you need further help. Note that .uis file missing does not equal a premium skin problem, there are more reasons for that often, some of which I tried to mention. Also let us know if its solved for you so we can discontinue watching. Good luck!
