Normal Home Page of theirs for me is http://messenger.yahoo.com/ <br /> <br />If you were already registered, check your hopefully not deleted old e-mails for activation link that was mailed to you, if there was one. Or delete all cookies and restart (hardware, not software triggered restart). Then, either reregister completely as a new user or try in some combination of these steps, maybe before deleting cookies, to login with old your passwords if you still have them, or with the new ones which might only work after calling up a new registration link once that will be mailed to you. <br /> <br />On their homepage in my link, they might not just have a login area you could use, but also a (lost password?) section with a link making em remail your old login data to you. <br /> <br />If your IP still is blocked after all of this, go to an internet cafe and send them a mail asking why your are blocked, in which you include your e-mail or postal address. (Dont forget to take their mail address along with you on your way to the café)
