The desktop wallpaper can be co canged with the wb skin to make it look like a whole suite. Easy way is using free theme changer by stardock which can save or apply suites consisting of the wall, wb skin, icon sets if stardocks icon changer is resident, any screensaver you assign to suite and more. Of course you can also still manipulate the wall with normal changing methods and no theme changer manually or with normal wall changers. For backgrounds of other windows framed by your wb skin, you can sometimes adapt the wb settings and also apply an independent free tool downloadable at http://www.sodabush.com

That changes any window BACKGROUND, not frame of a FOLDER window, but not program window or root window no matter whether wb is resident or not PERMANENTLY to a wall or color of your choice unless you set it back in that tool, so it does not even have to stay resident itself after customization. Name of tool is winpaper xp vers. 1.5 :car

And sometimes suites or skins come with background walls but dont automatically apply em, so you either do that with the theme manager to be found on the wincustomize pages or the settings of the skinning changer like windowblinds.
Themes other than windowblinds work, like i open them and push apply and they load with all the new buttons, background covering everything, custom calender/weather thing, etc.
But when I upload a windowblinds thems it just changed the toolbars and window themes and not the desktop with custom buttons and the other cool stuff like showed in the picture before i downloaded it. How do I make it look like the picture of the desktop shown before I downloaded it?

WindowBlinds does not change desktop wallpapers, you have to do that yourself.
Right click Desktop, choose Properties and then change your desktop wallpaper under Desktop menu.

Wrong, matey
WB is indeed capable of changing the wallpaper but only if
1) you let it (Check "Apply any wallpaper included" of in the WB Config under ´Basic Settings´)
2) and a wallpaper is included with the skin.
