Stylebuilder seems akward to find when I Google. You can use StyleXP for applying which is not free but testable free time limited and cheap. In the past Stardocks free or registered versions of Theme Manager also worked. That I haven´t checked lately and keeps changing a bit. Maybe some of our members who recently have often applied MSStyle themes might add their tips, experiences and some uptodate links.
