Well I dont use anything but outlook express for that very reason YOU HAVE NO CONTROL but my wife likes them much to my displeasure I am always trying to get those things working so I have a little knowledge and to be honest you are helpless you have to contact them thru the home page and tell them your problem good news is it usally only takes about 12 hours to fix it. <br />I dont think you have a computer problem due to the fact that you are using them and they controll your email and store it aand look at it and share it and God knows what else but all joking aside If I were you I would learn Outlook Express and set up an E Mail account with my internet provider that way when this kind of stuff happens it is a local call and if they make you mad it is just a short drive to be face to face with them. Which you can not due with Yahoo Or Google or anyother want ta be Enail provider. you are just a number and a small one at that and they due it at their pace and do not care how important your e mail is to you
