You need the windowblinds program installed for windowblinds to work. Downloadable from Stardock .com or majorgeek.com in the Appearance section. Shareware version will not allow per pixel windowblinds to be shown. Full transparency can only be attained in full version and only if your graphics card supports it. :congrats 😎 ;)
