How long do I have to wait for my skin to be up?

I know when I first joined here, it took a few hours. On the right, where you see &quot;uploads manager&quot; you can click there and check if there are any notes that where left. In the beginning, when I did not know the policy, I was left a note on my description of one of my submissions that I exceeded the upload limit, of two a day. So, the picture was not posted.
