Call me what you like, but I prefer XP. I had to get a new computer last August when my old one died. It came with Vista. At first there were a lot of oooo´s and ahhhh´s. It looked great and I loved a lot of the new additions and look. Then little by little my joy for Vista started to wane. Most of my 3D progs either worked poorly or not at all, in spite of being claimed as "Vista compatible". It was slower than my XP, and some of the added steps to complete things was doubled in some cases instead of easier. It had sleep problems that drove me wild. <br />By the time the end of November had rolled around, I was growing use to the slower pace of Vista and all of it´s idiosyncracies, or so I thought.... <br />I started using my laptop on a regular basis because of arthritis. It is XP. In about a day, all the anger and frustration I had over Vista was back as strong as ever and I realized just how much I had missed XP. So, I am hoping enough people will vote in favor of saving XP. If we are fortunate enough to see that happen, I will give much consideration to down grading my desktop to XP. Even though I am able to use my desktop again I find myself getting down to business on my XP. Long Live XP!! :)
