I don´t know... sounds like you have the same issue as I have had for many months now. Its a strange issue and it only seems to affect certain members. We seem to be two of them. The best of luck to you.
I´m incredibly disturbed... I still can´t change it, but my alligator has appeared nonetheless. Thing is, I didn´t put it there, nor is it the one I was going to change to. In reality, I´ve been trying to change my avatar for nearly a year and a half.. no luck. 😢
Try renaming the file. If that dose not work,try the submission process,exit the page,refresh page. See what happens. If no luck,try this once again. I had the same problem,but after this procedure,I was able to change my avatar. :Happy
