My WindowMaker and BlackBox themes are .tar.gz ... They uploaded fine.
I think we need to reword that part. I know people also upload those winamp files fine. <BR> <BR>It´s just a suggestion so people know where the file goes and where the screenshot goes :)
ok, i think it was partly mine fault, sorry. <BR>i used opera 6.0 tp3 for linux for upload and it refused, so i thought <BR>there is no possibility to post tar.gz for upload. <BR>do you know, why this site is not "opera compatible"? it sends me every time to index page when updating my profile in opera, etc. <BR>thanks to zathrus for confirmation that tar.gz works for linux themes... <BR>(i will try it later from mozilla again)
luci, I´ve been mentioning that for a while. Konqueror, while making the site look funny, at least seems to let you access the message board and upload and the like. Not optimal, but it works. <BR>
Just in case anyone gets the wrong idea, I´d like to add that I know that gRAVE´s a busy guy, and I don´t really mind having to use another browser. I am, at the moment, working on a php+mysql+apache site and hopefully during the course of development I hope to find the bits that Opera doesn´t like.
Make sure you do let me know :) I´m using Opera (in Windows) from time to time and the site is pretty buggy in that too. <BR> <BR>As usual, I´ll let gRAVE know ;)
