Submitting a skin by another artist? <br /> <br />What kind of artistry must that involve???

logon , bootskin - screen savers - etc. <br /> <br />some are good with walls but don&acute;t know <br />how or have the time <br />to make the other skins and would <br />like to see their work shown in those other venues ... <br />it&acute;s all good ! <br /> <br /> :congrats
