I don´t know if this helps you at all, but have you tried this page?

http://www.skinbase.org/applinks.php

You just click on the category type you are interested in and then view the description of each application in that category. When you find one you like, click on the application name to view full application details and a link to the homepage of the application. Alternatively, you can type in what you want and hit search.

Find what you like, then skin away. Skin what you like, not what others like. You may find an application you like that others haven´t taken the time to discover yet. ;)

Skinbase - it has a skins search engine :)

And as for Radlight, They link to the Skinbase archive, but not skins individually as far as I am aware. The high downloads is because they list Skinbase and skinz.org as official archives.
