we need more smiles on here, one we can add our self.

Currently, all the Skinbase smileys are by me. All other smileys are a user&acute;s own personal smiley. I&acute;m not sure if we will allow for a user to have more than one smiley or if members will be able to submit to the Skinbase smiley collection. <BR> <BR>One reason for this is that not only Skinbase uses the smileys. These smileys (Skinbase ones) are also distributed with phpNewsManager http://skintech.skinbase.org/newman/ <BR> <BR>So it wouldn&acute;t be fair to distribute other peoples smilies without permission ;)

I just think it would be more neato to have more smilies to the collections. :)

12x12 because they don&acute;t mess up the text layout. I hate it when icons and smileys make the text go all whack ;)
