yes, I know Rainmeter can be used without LiteStep, but thanks anyway. And that site is still unreachable for me. I have no idea why. :(

Meanwhile, the site is still up for me. By the way, Rainmeter can be run without LiteStep.

I gotcha. That makes sense. It is always a shame to lose apps like htat. They seem hoeful, then bang, gone without a trace. Base2 (coder of codename2 and mypad) is an example of that. Just a shame.

Ha ha so funny Snowman.
/me hits the running Snowman with a baseball bat
Like I said before, Inhotus is fun to skin and it does what I want. I also found this really cool skin that PK made for it too. I don´t NEED Inhotus, but I would like it. And it´s sad to see the site gone, especially when the author had plans to update and improve it. :(

Well red, since Tim is an LS user it has to be kept at a simple level....

/me runs like hell.... :D

Can´t blame you. Sysmeter2 never cought my fancy either. Rainmeter does imply litestep, though I bet you could mimic Inhotus with it. Inhotus always seemed ok, but a lil lacking to me. What was so special about it, iTM? Just the simplicity of it?

Uh I don´t like sysmeter2 and I only use rainmeter when in LS.

Can´t you do what Inhotus did with sysmeter2 or, better yet, rainmeter? Can´t forget sysmetrix either.

It works for you crae?

the only problem with GKrellM is that it´s a huge download (I think). And Inhotus is fun to skin, and it offers the info I want.
Just my bad luck that I decided I wanted to download/install Inhotus a couple of days ago, only to find the dead link.

I found something at Skinnables called WinSystemXP that seems to work fine. Very few skins for it because it´s relatively new, though.

WinSystemXP http://www.winsystemxp.com/wsxp_home.php

The developer really needs to pick a better name. "WinSystemXP" is too broad, ambiguous, and bland.
