I believe that Iraq has chemical and Bio weppons. We´re finding more and more evidence of this be it by more and more discovered chemical suits, atropene needles, instructions in different areas about how to properly use them on enemy forces, and chemical facilities that appear to be recently cleaned out. A (rather smart) tactic Iraq may use is to try and destroy them before the US can get hold of them to discredit the coalition and send out a last "we told you so." On the other hand if Iraq does this at least our troops won´t be hit by them.

I am totally in favor of this war for SOME of the reasons I stated above. I think that war is
sometimes inevitable to attain peace and granted, it can cause more violence after the fact.
We only have to look at Germany after WW2 to verify the suffering those people were
subjected to. I am also sure that most of this violence with be brought against the
American people in one form or another, but we’ll cross that bridge when we get there.

As far as WMD is concerned, it is a fact that Saddam used nerve gas in the war against
Iran in the 80’s. In addition, and also a well known fact, that he has Mustard Gas, Anthrax
and who knows what others. I believe he has some chemical weapons because they have
already found antidote tablets in the possession of the Iraqi Regular army, found chemical
protective suits and vials used to administer an antidote. If in fact he doesn’t have chemical
weapons, why equip his troops with this type of gear? I am not surprised they haven’t
found any of these weapons in the first 10 days of the war. The weapons would have to
be hidden in the path of our advancing army to trip over.....

How long will it last? Your guess is as good as mine. I don’t have a clue... As far as the
bombing is concerned, I was given this link by a good friend.
http://www.digitalglobe.com/gallery/baghdad/ It is a satellite picture of Baghdad after some
of the bombing. It clearly shows what has been bombed and what has not.. I was quite
impressed over the clarity and most of all the City of Baghdad it self... This tells me that
we are not trashing the cities of Iraq.

Thinking the enemy of the enemy becomes a friend..... I only look at Germany and Japan
to KNOW that this line of thought does happen. Will it happen again? Only time will tell.
As far as Osama is concerned, I believe the US supported Afghanistan against the Russians
and Bin Laden was not a part of the Afghanistan government....

How can we even hope that this war is over now? The last few weeks I selected some interesting articles on the internet and published them on my website. To me it´s clear, this is only the beginning of something much bigger!

Now that it seems to be sure that the intruding forces will win this war, it seems logical that the worldwide protest will cool down. We have been protesting, it didn´t help a bit and now we can go back to business as usual. It gives me a bad taste in my mouth.

Something has changed permanently in our world. Justice is no longer important. He, who has the power to strike, is allowed to do so.
Hundred of innocent civilians suffer, children were burned alive, were shot, by so called ´clean´ weapons. To the world, they were shown as ´collateral damage´.
The rulers in the White House have showed how economical issues justify horrible acts.
They also gave the Arabic world (and everyone else) a clear message... "Obey or die".
I´m glad to have experienced that many Europeans do not agree on this American way of thinking. There was no evidence of a link between Iraq and Terrorism. Neither was there any evidence of the mass destruction weapons. This is terrorism on a scale, never seen before. The US media make the Americans believe that Iraq was a threat to them. They believe that they will live in a safer world now. I thing that they did the opposite. The US has never had more enemies than now. How can cruelty be justified? I wish someone could explain that to me. How can I explain my children values like justice, as they have seen this? How can I explain them that or government tells the people that they are against this war, and still accept supply from our airports and harbours to these killing fields?

My feelings towards the US will never be the same again.

Hi Strider, welcome to the message board... I see that this is your first post, a pretty good
one at that. I checked out your site and I must admit I couldn’t read most of it. (I can only
read English and a some Polish.) What I was able to read, only showed bias toward Bush.
I personally don’t consider him a God nor do I judge a person by his religion. This
Country of ours is not run by one person that is why it is a democracy. Bush is elected to a
4 year term, then has to be re-elected to another 4 year term maximum 8 years in all. So
don’t take personal shots at him... Take your shots at the United States of America. We
are used to that. :)

You may be right about the beginning of something a lot bigger. Most say it will bring
more terror attacks and probably so.... I also suspect that these attacks will be leveled at
the USA (the intruders). When that happens, you will still be going about your business as
usual, but maybe you’ll have a sweeter taste in your mouth.

I agree, many innocent civilians suffer and die during a war, it’s inevitable. I don’t hear
you saying anything about how the coalition forces go out of their way to minimize civilian
deaths. I saw one scene where the fedayeen held little girls in front of them while
attacking coalition forces. You talk about ā€œcollateral damageā€ in this war.... What about these same civilians in 1991 & 1995... Saddam killed thousand and thousands of Iraqi men, women and CHILDREN in Southern and Northern Iraq after being thrown out of Kuwait.
You want to talk about ā€˜collateral damage’ ask anyone from Kuwait....

Believe what you will in regard to links between Iraq and Terrorism, or evidence of the
WMD. This encounter will not last much longer, lets wait and see what is found in that
country pertaining to these items.... I’m sure it will be very, very interesting.....

You asked, ā€˜How can cruelty be justified?’ Ask Saddam Hussain....

Oh, btw the only rulers in the White House are used for straight lines and measurements. :)
