1) When you´re on the ´submit skins´ page, in the section dropdown box select ´Skinbase Favicon´ <br />2) I believe that .ico would be the end-product yes

Cool. I´m submiting a preview. Any limit to the number of times I can enter or edit a submission? I alrealy have a few, though only one ready atm.
