ISTR you can´t add a ´user´ to a group, only an ´admin´ <br /> <br />Users are self registers peops that can add news comments etc <br /> <br />Admins split up intop groups like moderators, editoprs, gods etc. with different priveledges assigned to their groups.
I thought the language was perfectly clear. Somebody registers in Web Magazine and they can post news items. They aren´t a member of any group, atlhough their info doe´s appear in News Manager. I´m here with the same question - How do I set it so that members who register through the front end are assigned to a defoult User group in the back end? If it can´t be automated (yet), then how do I do it manually?
