Login problem

If you are not an admin, why are you trying to login at the admin page?

Ahh, finally a response. :grin: <br /> <br />That&acute;s the problem, I am the admin. After doing an install of both newman, and webmag, I can&acute;t login to the admin section. It installed fine, now I just need to access it. I noticed the login problem on the demo, you try to login, and it returns to the index.php page. <br /> <br />I found another thread that somone else said they had the same problem, and sounded like they fixed it, but didn&acute;t say how. Any suggestions? <br /> <br />TIA, <br /> <br />John

Sorry brother, wish I could help you, but I have no idea how to solve this one.... :( <br />I can only suggest that you try to contact the person on that thread and find out how THEY did it....

John, <br /> <br />had the same problem and was getting tired of it... BUT, found the issue, it was because I&acute;ve installed it a second time without deleting the original DB which contained an admin entry... and so flipped over it. <br /> <br />I deleted the database and reinstalled all of it again, and it worked! <br /> <br />hope it helps!
