How can I install a here (on skinbase) downloaded ICQ skin? PLEASE HELP

I downloaded the skin "BLUE" and in the file are only pictures (*.bmp´s and *.gif´s)! How can I install the skin or the pictures??? !!!PLEASE HELP ME!!! :-( :-(

Well first of all: You don´t have to ad a new message every 2 minutes.. To answer your question: I have never used ICQ-Plus, but I do read the skinbase messageboard, and I remember this question coming by a couple of million times (answer: google for icqplus)
