If you want to make your own boot skins or logon screens you will need a couple of programs. For designing your own boot screen´s you will need to navigate to wincustomize.com. On the first page of wincustomize look to the left and you will see the 2004 GUI Olyimpics emblem and directly below you will see a long narrow section called library. In the section (library) you will see links to Boot skins, Cursor XP, Dashboard, etc.. The last link will say winamp and directly below winamp you will see the word more in paranthesis i:e (more), located on the lower right side. Click on that and it will take you to another page with links to boot skin, logon screens, etc. click on the link that interests you and follow the directions to the respected home page. The name of the program that you need to make your own boot screen is called skinstudio. <br />Once your on the skinstudio hompage you will be offered three versions of skinstudio. <br />Download the free version. You will also need to download the boot skin software which you should easily find on the boot skin home page. Both programs are freeware. Read the help file in the boot skin program to learn how to design your own boot skin. It´s easy.
