Help! Downloading/uninstalling issues

Might be a stupid qustion, but have you tried rebooting after uninstalling WinAmp? There might be some leftover stuff still in the mem that hangs onto that dir.

and if that doesnt work try booting your computer up in safe mode and delete it then. To get into safe mode turn on your computer and continuously push F8 and when the menu comes up use you keyboard and push enter on the selection safe mode
