Pretty much exactly what virophile said. Press the Print Scrn/SysRq button on your keyboard (that´s what mine has on it anyhow) ;) and then open IrfanView. Press Ctrl+V (paste) on your keyboard and your screenshot will be pasted into your IrfanView window. <BR> <BR>Then click the disc (save) image in IrfanView (or ´Save As´ from the drop list: File > Save As) and give your image a name. Save as JPG or GIF if you want to submit the screenshot to a site such as Skinbase, deviantART etc.... <BR> <BR>Have fun :sb

To get back to your original question, Chickie : I change my desktop about once every 2 weeks!!
A couple times a day, sometimes.
My desktop mostly matches my mood. So, when my co-worker see´s that I´ve got the "Fire" theme for Windowmaker (with flames and such all over), he knows that now is not such a great time to engage me in converstion.
