I know that we have not had an opportunity to talk, but I have read many of your posts <BR>on various sites in The Community. All of us will miss your candid replys, humor, wit, <BR>but most of all your personality. Damn. No biggie, huh... I recall some people, in particular you and virophile, wandering around after skinz died, supporting initiatives, being of help in general - you were all around. You settled at skinbase (viro at los), and I think gRAVE will confirm that was a major deal for skinbase. D.E.W. is your work, you helped out sick:4skins and skinned.org. You´ve plugged about every sincere effort done in skinnable applications, site efforts (oxygenator being one)... <BR> <BR>There might be some major stream with major sites handling the world. But there´s a stream underneath, keeping some original spirit alive. That stream loses a key person with you not being around like you were. I lose a comrad in that "battle"...
Scare, you have my utmost respect for what you have done for skinning as a whole, and honestly, the decision you appear to have made is even more respectful. we put a tremendous amount of work into this aspect of our lives, as the passion that we share warrants. The world around us sometimes suffer the consequences of this thing that drives us. Awww man.... This come as quite a surprise!! But hey as Elwin said you deserve some real-life time! <BR>But I do want to say this: <BR>Jason is one of the people I´ve know for the longest time in The Community. We "met" on IRC just before the fall of Skinz.org and we´ve kept the contact ever since! Jason is an allround good guy and an incredibly good skinner/artist! <BR>Jason was also one of the main reasons for me becomeing an admin here at Skinbase. <BR> <BR>Scarey, you will be sorely missed! Dude, since I met you around a year ago I´ve had nothing but respect and admiration for you and your work. But I also know how you feel.. I have given a great chunk of my life to skinning and the community, supporting many sites while trying to create art and support my family. I actually nearly gave up when I felt that the community had let me down a while back, but you were there to help me restore my faith and largely due to your friendship I am again doing my part. <BR> <BR>Pull back a little, take some time off for yourself, enjoy summer with your family and finish that Uni course. We will be here if you need us and your place on skinbase and printz will always be there in case you drop by. <BR> <BR>Take a bow Jason, another no fuss, honest and fair dinkum aussie mate!
