Are you talking about Newman or Webmagazine? <br /> <br />1/ Newman is your editor <br />Webmagazine is the publicpart where visiters can read the news. <br /> <br />2/ To write Comments in Webmagazine a visiter has to register. <br />To add news in Newman you have to give permission to a new user to log in and add a newsitem. <br />But you have to publish the added news as Admin. <br /> <br /> <br /> :fighter
