I did save the same file, test3.php as a text file (test3.txt). And i uploaded it directly with ftp in ascii mode. I don´t know how to get the code of the page to show, instead of the output? <br /> <br />

Before I build the iframe include, i wanted to get the scrolling news box to show the actual current news first. If i can get the scroller to show the right news, then I will work on the iframe call up.

Before I build the iframe include, i wanted to get the scrolling news box to show the actual current news first. Peter, I am still working at trying to get this code to work. The scrolling news box is showing up ok in a php page I made, but I still cannot get the news inside the box to reflect the actual news on our site. <br /> <br />Would you take a look at the page, and it´s source? <br />http://www.terrorists-are-cowards.com/test3.php <br /> <br />What do I need to do to the code to make it read the actual news on our site? <br /> <br />Thank you again...

Thank you so much! <br /> <br />I went to "Update with iframe" your scrolling_news_test5 page, and I copied your source code. I put together my own test page. The scrolling news box did show up in that page, but it was showing the headlines that you had put in. I changed the code to match my own links and paths, but your headlines were still scrolling in the box. <br /> <br />Then I saw a place in the code, where the text said exactly what was scrolling in the box. <br /> <br />From there, I gave up, because I realized that it wasn´t picking out the news stories from my site, and I didn´t know how to make it pick them out. <br /> <br />I will mess around with it some more ( i am a persistant cuss!). But I may come to you at a future time and ask you to set it up for me on my site. Would be happy to pay you for it of course :-)

Ok, thank you. I went over there and they showed me how to use iframe code. But I need to know the exact name of the scrolling newsticker itself. I am unsure of what I am trying to call up. I tried linking the iframe to several files in newsmanager, but so far, I cannot find the right one. <br /> <br />In newsmagazine, in the index.php, i found the bit of code: ShowScrollNews(8,3000,140,120,1) But still cannot find that scrolling news box. <br /> <br />Please advise me as to the exact name of the scrolling news box. <br /> <br />Thanks!
