There was for winamp 2 that let you turn a wallpaper into a skin. Most people saw it more as the plague than a helpful thing since it lead to the tens of millions of wallaper skins that newbs with no talent or taste made. Don´t ask me where to get it...i don´t know. <br /> <br />If you want to make skins start with some photoshop tutorials. What would be the point of WA2 skinner? It won´t incorporate the latest innovations. <br /> <br />Download the skinning tutorial ~ it´s a laborious process but quite straightforward. <br />Make your design and cut it up to make the various image processes. Don´t forget to copy/save. <br /> <br />I don´t use WinAmp, but I´ve made a few designs that I´m saving for Aston2 ~ and if they don´t get their arse in gear I might be tempted to convert the png´s to bmp´s and use them elsewhere. <br />

For the people who prefer the Winamp 2 style, there are skin builders - http://www1.1001skins.com/winamp_skin_tools_allround.html <br /> <br />But they are only of any use IMO if you use them to cut up an original design of your own. Don´t just import a photo and make a skin out of it. I think these tools are useful as a STARTING point. Build on what these tools can do for you.

I like to use Skinner Too. You can make modern and classic skins very very quickly. And best part is that winamp 5.08 supports both skin versions. 2.x and 3.x

Step 1: download skin <br />Step 2: check extension <br />Step 3: check the content of the zipfile, if content = a .wsz or a .wal file unpack it and move to Step 5, if content = alot of images and/or a few folders and a .xml file move to Step 4 <br />Step 4: rename the zip to wsz for classic skins and .wal for modern skins <br />Step 5: doubleclick skin <br />Step 6: learn how to be patient and clean up your language. The msgboard isnt populated 24/7 plus people tends to get put down by foul and childish language (like yours)
Skin generators are the spawn of Satan and should be banned for enternity. <br />I havent seen a single good looking generated WinAmp skin in the 8 years I´ve been in the skinning business. <br />(thats a personal opinion off course)
