I see... I really want this skin, but a paid subscription is required? Why is there even a point if you have to pay? Can´t I get this somewhere for free?
Nope, sorry cant get the skin without subscribing. <br /> <br />And why pay? <br />Well.... running and maintaining a site of that magnitude requires some kind of cashflow. <br />2+ million unique visits a month takes <b>alot</b> of bandwidth <br />The hardware in use to run the site didnt come cheap either. <br />So, instead of filling up the pages with horrible ads and stuff, they have made subcriptions for those that are willing to pay. (plus the huge funding by Stardock) <br /> <br />And $20 for a two year subscription isnt that bad, is it?
Ya, it´s bad, especially if all you want is for Windows to look a little cooler. I mean, that Copperdeck was free, and the only difference between that and the one I want is that this one is orange! Wtf?
