You have to download and install WIndowBlinds - www.windowblinds.net <br /> <br />Once that is done you can simply doubleclick the downloaded skins and they will be installed in the correct place <br />Load up the Display Properties (right desktop -> properties) <br />Click on the Appearance tab and choose the theme you want to use <br /> <br />If the downloaded skins are named <b>.zip</b> rename them to <b>.wba</b> before doubleclicking them <br />
