The zoom is avaiable if you upload the preview bigger than 320x200 pix

Until we have a better idea of what is going on, could you use your Uploads Manager and upload the previews again. We only have small previews in our current database.

You can make as large as you want, the skinbase script will automaticaly generate the thumbnail previews
