does a wallpaper comes with the skin??

Maybe poke new to SkinBase, havent checked, so welcome! Some SUITES come with wallz + skins. Both can also come separately. Our wall section or photo section mean no skin in zip or file, normally, otherwise it will be stated in descrip. <br /> <br />In our WB (window blinds) section for instance, sometimes it has a clickable link in the description saying go here for the matching wall, or icons, or whatever. Window Blinds is a skin. Similar is MSSTyles or aston, also belonging to the family of shells like skins which is not exactly the same but comes close. <br /> <br />For window blinds you need a program explained in our section. Browse around our sections and enjoy, on top of the page you normally see what program is required for the skin. Walls are photos or images altered into art meant for a Desktop background. Skins are custom frame changes of your window shell looks or looks of clocks etc. and can ALSO functionally differ with own options, like some WB skins look halloween like and right clicking all windows title bars make window change size, or not, depending on skin, have no close button if you like. Some programs like Skin Studio allow changing the skin yourself. Or making a new one from scratch. Most programs exist in free versions (some time limited), and enhanced affordable versions if you like that ones advanced features. Have fun + great holidays! ;) :car <br />
