Eppie desktop

eppie is pretty outdated if it´s what i am thinking of. eFx will work better and it´s free as well but it´s also not in development any longer. oh customeyes is like eFx but maybe better.

Yeah, but Eppie runs on all apps. I run it at home and it´s pretty sweet. Zero resource usage it seems.

Yes, craeonics is right. And easy to make. Use buttons and color schemes together to make pretty cool effects. <BR>So is it possible to have a catagory for it, or not? <BR>If not, thanks anyway. =)
