Problems with skinbase administration?

Of course, this is a big friendly family, the members and the staff, always someone around who misbehaves under a name or 2. All I am doing is not stopping my own fun but also learning none of us can or should control each other completely, and theres more to life than that. <br /> <br />Whats good is, most of us are helping each other in emergencies. And improving individual means of communication, plus activity is definately going up per member and I dont just mean jokers. So, while there will always be a joke or 2, a counter measure or two, we also see we dont even have to let everyone force ourselves into emergencies about errh., basically just some side effects or streaks. My final word on this: <br /> <br />I still cannot find an instance where anyone has done anything to GG to invite this kind of response. So, I cannot fix that which is not broken. <br /> <br />We spoke for the first time when he applied for an admin position here on da Base. After consultation with gRAVE, and against my better judgement, we offered him a position on the team which he unexpectedly declined to take on because of his poor English. <br /> <br />That position eventually went to Alfa30 who is now going through his probation period.. And this doesn&acute;t help at all! He was accused by GG for choosing his own submissions. Regardless if this is true or not, GG should have contacted Snowman, the head of administrators, before making direct accusations and acting this way. <br /> <br />Obviously there are other admins on the team, and wallpapers are now being selected by Adni18 and Alfa30 to bring you more variety, and also to speed up the Featured rotation. After all, it&acute;s a daily featured wallpaper and is difficult for one person to be here every day. <br /> <br />The next thing is this mess, I was never contacted with any specific details and was left wondering what is going on? It sounds to me like GG is having a bad case of a Tantrum, if it is him!

This was reported to me be a user in my week I was trying not to get on everyones nerves and relax, but I appreciate it was in doubt myself. Thanks grimspoon and kchristine, Jerry asked me to give a link of this to gRAVE which is done and now I can also relax and get rest and prepare my own things. Only thing left I could do is also done, explain who I am and what I am not for and for these days on my own comments page which has been active enough, but thanks, that helped. No one has to like each other. But for understanding or not misunderstanding what is MEANT to be done by whom, each of us can say what they are into and like and dislike, especially here, and also on their own pages before we misjudge each other or make mistakes.
