If its like with windowblinds, look for an item inside stylexp or windowblinds (which also has influence on theme manager by stardock) where you set per application/in exclusions, or user override settings etc. There the default setting might exclude IE explorer unless you change that setting and SAVE the applied changes. <br /> <br />Or its a default from the skin sometimes you can also override with the general settings mentioned above. If that does not help in your situation, give us a link to the page for the theme + tell us exactly which tool you are applying it with, because there can be more than 1 you are using.
