lol .. that I can relate to ! <BR> <BR>and sorry we wern´t helpfull... but anyhow, none of us went out to become administrators, we just love what we do to the extent of helping out with the site. I think the key is to get people involved even if they don´t have much experience with administration as long as the passion for skinning is there. Some degree of maturity would come in handy as well ;)
And there´s a couple communities that SWEAR AT YA just for using a "Strange to them" COLOR !!! <BR>You may have to Enlarge your Thinking ... Just one form of work may be a limitation in itself.
