Heya Sed,

Let me try to discuss your problem. I must admit this is the bug submited/updated and Is just a display error. I have in plan to fix this asap, but there is still much more important work to do first.

And now about your upload time problem. First of all it´s not possible that you wait 20 minutes, because server is configured to return REQUEST TIMEOUT much more before 20 minutes. Yes it´s true that SB is also slow sometimes. We have a lot of traffic lately and I´m also working on optimization.

I hope next time your uploads will be shorter, Skinbase team will try to do the best that members uploads will be short as possible.

Best Regards,
Gregor

1) Using dial up could be a factor
2) I come over to my mouse every 5 mins to check on progress so I never have had a server time out
3) I´m not bitching I just thought it was odd. 43 min. has been the longest yet but never under 20.... Could be the dial up who knows............. Luv ya gRAVE don´t get mad at me just curious !!!!

I sympathize with the dial-up. It takes longer than winter to upload. Hopefully when everything gets optimized that will help. Wouldn´t want to not see all those gorgeous images! ❤️

Well for me it is fluctuating and I keep getting requests to authorise the script so it will continue talking to your computer for the exchange of image. Usually that box appears once...now it is coming up for as many as four times before it finally transfers...Like sed I am not bitching either ,just giving you guys and gals some feedback! 😎 :congrats ❤️

Well I cannot complain on uploads - broadband cable at home with 8 mbps and broadband adsl with 2 mbps at work - but sometimes even with these speeds, site navigation is sometimes slow. But Gregor is taking care of us. |O|

I have hi-speed dsl and usually don´t have a problem. I know that when I do, Greg is in there tinkering and I know something new is being added! I guess for a little bad we get a whole lot of good!
