Go to the bootskin section, click on the two arrows at the end of the description,
then you click on the magnifying glass which gets you to the site which provides the application. After having downloaded the specific program please do return to our wonderful site :)

BootSkin
Stardock BootSkin is a program that allows users to change their Windows 2000 and Windows XP boot screens.

Unlike other programs that can change the Windows XP boot screens, BootSkin does so in a safe manner. It doesn´t patch the Windows ...
Do you see that?

click on those black thingies there...that will take you to the next page...Then, at the next page you will see 2 small icons, one representing the gallery of the bootskins, the other representing the link to the site which provides the application.

Good luck :)

Thanks Jacob, I just found a bootskin of that name by mikelly here at SkinBase. First install program available at http://www.stardock.com/products/bootskin/
Then double click the file from our site after unzipping it, then preview and apply it. To download the bootskin zip, click the button under preview looking like a floppy disk with a down arrow mounted on the disk
