Thanks, Butch123. Yes. Just looked at link. Zip contains a .wba file. Either double click it while windowblinds program is installed and switched on. Then you get a message NEW SKIN installed, click balloon tip in systray to apply it. Or enter the windowblinds program, tick install from disk, then click the wba wherever you have unzipped it to before. And then you click apply this skin now, save and apply changes, close configuration window

Go to majorgeek.com and in the appearance section you will see a download for shareware version of Windowblinds which will not allow you to use per pixel blinds. You need to purchase the program to get the full working version that allows transparencies to show plus you need a graphics card onboard your computer capable of showing alpha blending or you are wasting your time.
