OP
I know what you are saying sed...as for me I upload all my images at 1280x1024 so when it is zoomed people can just right click and save rather than going through the task of clicking download...waiting for the zip, unpacking the zip and then they load the image. I just see how I do it as streamlining the process and simplifying it for the end user. As for difference in quality of images between my computer and when it appears on here...I do notice a slight drop in quality but not that the average punter would notice. Don´t forget we are more critical than our end user is. :congrats :Happy

I upload all my walls as .BMP in a ZIP file. It makes that SB needs less room for storage it (as you know, .BMP quality is much large than a .JPG), but, for the preview, I just bring up the image as PNG format. This format preservs the quality, using less size than the .BMP and just some more Kbs than .JPGs. !!

Hope, this is what you´re looking for, my friend !! ;)

I agree with you on the quality of PNG´s Jhoss...something I have been considering for a while now. I don´t like zip files though....I seem to have a natural aversion to them. ๐Ÿ˜Ž :Happy ๐Ÿ˜‚

๐Ÿ˜ Two thinks to keep in mind with compressed files, MH; as I said above, is the best way to save used HD room, have a faster transfer rate and, but not only, keep the file safe for getting contaminated for a virus. lost of quality, etc. !! ;)

What are you saying cuz I really want a zoom as close to my orig. as possible. A PNG would make a better preview?
