Hi... <br />Well if I am reading this right you are asking about creating window frames so I guess you want to create them for windowblinds. You can do this with SkinStudio professional. Once you have made your basics you can then use Photoshop Corel Draw etc. to define your frames and buttons. also if your bitmaps are smaller than 256 x 256 you can use Icon Devellopper which works very well on defining buttons of different types. Ones that you would want to convert to .tga etc. Hope this helps.... :Happy
