It´s a shame that I dislike Pepsi, coke, and coffee. ๐Ÿ˜‚ I had some pop before I started driving.. but I guess it didn´t work too well.

LOL. You don´t like soft drinks or coffee. Other than that, your nick is Foxy so I assume that fits. How about exercise? Yuck!

Windows + music helped me. But sometimes pulling over not for sleep which is best of course, just for 2 and a half minutes of physical EXERCISE helped my back + shape. In the winter or at night its often cold and dark, so nibble on an carrot for vitamin A sounds crazy but DO realize the heater keeps killing oxygen + blowing in fumes.

Ideally in those times, often many hours in summer, too, you would keep opening + closing window to let it reheat a bit more often even if it means wearing an ugly cap or gloves so as not to freeze.

Shame truck drivers dont always have company along to be watched and kept awake by another HUMAN being. At least :taxi often rests while waiting on next ride. Short distance truck tours were exhausting, but by often loading + unloading u were forced out a bit in regular intervals. On long distance if tour worked well you could pull over for 2 - 4 sleep breaks in between. But if wrong companies were busy at ramps, no dice. Bad rhythm. Interesting topic. 1 day main danger will be falling asleep at pc inside your bank account, what do I know?
Jezz Toby... "1 day main danger will be falling asleep at pc inside your bank account"... now I have heard the voice of Doom :what

Actually you don´t need to be at the pc do you? A friend of mine took some money out of a cash machine at a gas station here in the UK ( we call it petrol ) and her account has since been emptied by someone using the details in France! Visa haven´t been very supportive although she can prove that she hasn´t been abroad on any of the days that the card details were being used.
