OP
Try calling up wb config window, go install from disk, browse to zip you downloaded, double-click. Then, in config window go SKINS + look for the new name under the right place in the alphabetic order of your skins, click apply this skin now, save changes, exit config window.

If the file you downloaded is a .wba instead of zip, you can also just double click it while wb program is active - bingo: balloon tip in systray says new skin installed, click balloon tip to apply it

Welcome to SkinBase. New Members, you can read a lot without even starting a new help thread of your own by just browsing around in the typical recent help topics of our messageboard.

I´ve tried....But it doesn´t work....why??
It showed me: "There´s appears to be no .uis file in this skin. Are you sure it is a WindowBlinds skin?"
But I looked in the file zip file~ Inside does have .uis file~ Why it said there´s appears to be no .uis file?
What´s going on? :,

Stardock has a special zip format. Unzipping with normal techniques can lead to messes. Instead, try renaming file ending to .wba after a fresh download. Dont unzip by double-clicking that, either. Direct rename ONLY of ending. Then double-click wba. (Firefox stumbles over some skin files IE explorer does better on).

Adding a link on the topic in general, first comments there also of interest:

http://forums.wincustomize.com/index.aspx?ForumID=187&AID=66020

Next time, supply link here to exact download page you had in mind, no matter which site the skin is on. Then we can test it for you. Generally Stardock, the maker of the program offer their own good support in joeUser com, wincustomize com and Stardock forums, which are currently being revamped btw. Additional things like newsgroups full of help mails and answers accessable from download tool SD central, Stardock
