photomanip. not too hard to guess in my case....

I havent decided yet..... thats why atm i dont use any :/

I want my background to be none agresssive but I always have 4 Icons on my desktop - so there is a plenty of room for art -

Tileable wallpaper seem to be quite understated. Probably because they´re just that much harder to do well.

I look forward to the monthly submissions from jsinion :) And I generally just like wallpapers that look good :D

I don´t like photomanipulation. Actually I´m in a non-wallpaper mood. No wallpaper, just blackness.

I&acute;m finding it hard to classify a style or type of wallpaper that I like because I like a difference and I try to be a versatile designer....With that said I have no favorites...but I don&acute;t really care for anything that&acute;s done over and over....actually I like things that are drawn, scanned, and than manipulated..because it shows a certain process and most people would not recognize the effort even if you told them what you did...bugzOut

i really like the rare images in peoples wallpapers...ive seen a few around for the upcoming film Who&acute;s Your daddy film, which was supposedly leaked on accident. Those are really sweet.

no.. but seriously - i dont want them because i like the real nature more ... dont need a &quot;wrong&quot; landscape on my desk... I prefer to do photos on my own and put them on mi desk... (o)

Practical ones : very dark or very light, or with big plain areas. I don&acute;t like to waste time to search my icons ! I like everything (3D, drawings, photomanip) provided it&acute;s artfull and pleasant-looking. These days I tend to prefer classy and stylish stuff. <br />I would like to see more 3D &quot;trompe-l&acute;oeil&quot; wallpapers, because they&acute;re striking and funny. <br />

I&acute;m a Wallpaperist, and have been for awhile now. Some of my work is 3D, Anime, Cartoons, WinXP, WinXT, WinLH, and Space images, to include icons, avatars, signatures, and CD Labels. Wallpapers <br />are my specialty though.

ye but black can be a good backdrop colour and of course u cant make a pure colored wall without other colors or else it would be just one color

Wow this one has been open a long time. <br />But anyway. <br />I like most abstract wallpapers but scenes of mountains and that stuff is really good.

Black deffinatly Its the most versitile color out there. Eventhough alot of people dont acknowledge it as a color.

Like 1 Blue <br /> 2 Green <br /> 3 Yellow <br /> 4 Orange <br /> 5 Black.

Black and Blue is the best combo in most cases...in my opinion

Depends. Rather obviously the term refers to a format, not a function. But if the purpose really is that background, that is,a real &quot;skin&quot;, dark, discrete colors are preferable and the haze is preferable to sharply lined contrasts camouflaging the icons. Personally, I have a slight aversion agains green. I prefer unsaturated, greyish colorit. The colorite of most authors are just horribly way too brutal IMO.
