NextSTART is a Desktop shell ENHANCEMENT for all versions of Windows. That means that it&acute;s a program that runs on top of Windows explorer to change the look and feel of it. And since it&acute;s not a true shell replacement, you can run it, or shut it down, any time you like without having to restart your system, and without losing any net connections, or other software running at the same time. Not only does it make your desktop look cool, but it adds functions to your desktop like popup menus, and &quot;hotspots&quot; to your desktop. <BR> <BR>A great program - especially for beginners to skinning. <BR>Very intuative, and VERY forgiving. <BR> <BR>And I don&acute;t even work for the company... <BR>{:p
