how does a wallpaper get to be a featured wallpaper?

Could also be something old or from a less frequented field like paintings, black and white to show our versatility or just something to signal: Hey new artist, give it a look/chance. I like your versatilitiy too, from tiles to drawings. Of course you might need to be patient, its a big community. On the other hand features change often and walls is only ONE place for that. Most active members hanging on for a year or 2 seem to appear featured on one of our sites... <br /> <br />The admins take turns sometimes and of course cannot feature themselves. Currently the mods are relieved from it on SB, but visit our other sites too. Some sites even say who features whom which we might also have one day, but we shouldnt complain; they already improved so much which the others dont all have. Like our new buddy and favorites section :Smile

How or why a wallpaper is featured on this site is not a thing I consciously think about. It is for whoever takes on that responsibility. I am grateful when I am featured and am pleased when people I have had the privilege to watch growing artistically recieve it. I spend my time creating and focus my thoughts on that. I am also happy with Skinbase&acute;s process as it is and I do not feel we need to follow suit with Basehead or any other site. We are us and that is what makes the site. :congrats 😎 ;)
