I know that if I pass my current university subject I can possibly make the CD ;) It´ll be a tricky issue as you would need permission from the skin authors before making the skins available on CD. You therefore might need to add an option in the upload procedure that either grants permission or denies permission for the skin to be made available on CD. Having said that, I´d love to have annual ´What was big on Skinbase´ CDs :)

I like it (it would save me alot of burning)...but I don´t think that everything that goes up here in a year will fit on 1 Cd...I mean...how much was uploaded last month? 200 mg? more or less? All of that aside...you have permission to use anything that I put up here. If I didn´t feel that way I wouldn´t upload it in the 1st place. :)

The way they handled permission on WinCustomize is by putting an opt-in box on every submission (old or new).

yeah but the opt had a bullet in the "yes include box" and I did not notice it until I uploaded several ppc skins and caught it I believe they fixed that now..

so another words you had to "Uncheck it" IF you caught it or your upload was included on their CD but again I believe that is fixed now

I think that CD Idea would be cool,.. skins can take up a lot of space on the hard drive and it would be nice to have all your faciorite skinz on CD in case of a crash or new HD install
