Not that I know of. I haven´t heard about the error message. We have your upload but there is no preview. Please try changing the file name using only letter and numbers. Thanks.

Almost forgot. Make sure you are uploading a jpeg too. You can upload other types but I have less trouble with jpegs myself.

As Sally says...jpegs work best. If I want to maintain quality I use a png. They work well too. Your file size does seem extraordinarily large and I wonder why you need to load an image with those dimensions. :congrats ๐ ;)

it worked!!!!!!!!!!!! thank you kchristine. the reason that my files are so large is that I have it set to superfine jpg setting. I dont really want to lose that much quality then a high compression jpeg.

I have set the camera to the fine setting instead now. Hopefully that fixes the problem.

You can maintain the quality without having to go that high in pixel size if you use the settings in a reutable image editor. :congrats ๐ ;)

Hello picture daddy! Iain is right. I take my photos at full resolution, but re-size them to a 1024x768 size. I use PhotoFiltre, a free application that a good gentleman here named Artur told me about. Those large sizes are not very friendly with the exception of making for a nice print. But they take longer to upload, and when you zoom them you cannot see the whole image. I settled on the popular size I mentioned, but anything around that will do just fine.

:)
